About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a nurturing, therapeutic residential children’s home. Registered for up to three young people, this Ofsted-regulated service provides care for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of dedicated support workers, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. You’ll also play a vital role in maintaining a positive, homely, and therapeutic environment that supports each child’s personal development and resilience.
