Salary to £75,000 tremendously generous benefits including 33 days holiday Stunning City based offices Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote) 09:30-17:30 working hours We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead the development of business professionals across Europe and Asia Pacific. This is a strategic, hands-on role, working closely with the Director of Learning & Development – Europe & Asia Pacific, alongside a high-performing and global team, to design and deliver learning experiences that make a meaningful difference. Learning & Development Manager Key Responsibilities: Partner with key stakeholders to assess development needs and identify skills gaps among business professionals across the region Design effective and engaging learning solutions, using best practices in adult learning and instructional design Develop a range of learning formats including facilitator-led sessions, blended programmes, asynchronous content, simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments Deliver and facilitate select learning programmes to support individual growth and team performance Lead programme implementation, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication plans, while keeping stakeholders informed throughout Collaborate closely with Learning & Development colleagues globally to ensure consistency, alignment, and excellence in programme delivery Stay abreast of developments in professional development, learning technologies and instructional design trends Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth Learning & Development Manager Skills & Requirements: Previous Learning & Development experience in a similar role within a large law firm Degree-qualified, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes Strong experience consulting with internal or external stakeholders to identify learning needs and shape effective solutions Familiarity with behavioural assessment tools and how to integrate them into learning programmes would be highly advantageous Experience using learning management systems (such as Cornerstone) Experience working within a global team and across multiple time zones
