Senior Project Manager/Project Director
Client side Property Developer, Manchester
An Excellent opportunity to join an established Property Developer with a highly reputable track record for Residential and Mixed use Regeneration projects is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join their Project Management and Delivery team to support schemes from Pre-contract and Post Contract stages of the Development cycle working collaboratively with the Development Management team to deliver high-density development projects across Greater Manchester. The schemes are complex and involve strong stakeholder engagement as well as working with first class professional teams to deliver key milestones on the projects.
Experience in Senior Project Management level responsibilities and above with ability to demonstrate a delivery track record of residential high rise buildings. Technical knowledge of strong JCT contract Design and Build knowledge, taking a lead on design management stages 1-3 alongside Development Management teams supporting procurement, tender documentation, early contract engagement through PCSA and through the construction lifecycle of a scheme to practical completion.
This is an excellent career opportunity working clientside for a Leading Property Developer specialising in residential and mixed use regeneration with a clear career pathway for a greater career opportunity to Head of construction.
