We’re hiring an Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive large-scale transformation for a leading Telecom client in the UK.
This is a high-visibility, enterprise role where you’ll partner with senior leadership and shape how change is delivered across complex, multi-year programmes.
What You’ll Do
* Own and drive enterprise-wide OCM strategy across transformation programmes
* Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite & senior stakeholders
* Lead change governance, readiness, and adoption strategy
* Align OCM with PMO, Agile, and DevOps delivery frameworks
* Oversee communications, training, and engagement initiatives
* Drive culture transformation & organisational readiness
Must-Have Experience
* 12+ years in OCM / Transformation / Enterprise Change
* Strong exposure to Agile, SAFe, PMO governance, DevOps
* Experience working with C-level stakeholders
* Ability to translate technical change into business impact
* Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability
* Excellent communication & leadership skills
* Experience in complex, multi-programme environments
* Direct exposure to senior leadership & decision-makers
