We're working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-level HR professional during a 12-month maternity cover. This role sits within a leading global organisation with an outstanding culture – professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely people-focused.
The role requires a confident and highly organised EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and a proactive mindset. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys logistical challenges and cross-border coordination, and who brings exceptional attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
* Extensive diary and international travel management
* Coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones
* Preparing briefing packs, agendas, and follow-ups
* Liaising with senior stakeholders globally
* Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
* Supporting wider HR initiatives and projects where required
You’ll need strong communication skills, excellent judgement, and the ability to manage priorities with minimal guidance. This is a key support role within the business, where you’ll be a trusted partner from day one.
