Temporary Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administrator to support our busy Operations and Finance team. The role will involve a variety of administrative duties, including office coordination, handling post and deliveries including Amazon parcels, data entry, document management, and general support across operations and finance.
This position is likely to evolve over time, so we are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, proactive, and happy to take on a varied workload in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to the Operations and Finance team
* Assisting with day-to-day office administration and coordination
* Managing incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and Amazon parcels
* Supporting the processing and organisation of finance-related paperwork and records
* Data entry and maintaining accurate internal systems and files
* Handling emails, phone calls, and internal queries in a professional and timely manner
* Preparing documents, spreadsheets, and reports as required
* Supporting invoice, purchase order, or expense administration
* Filing, scanning, and managing confidential documentation
* Helping to coordinate meetings, diaries, and office logistics where needed
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks to support the wider team as required
