I’m currently working with an award-winning MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors.
This role would suit someone with proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages and managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing mechanical packages through the full project lifecycle
* Leading project teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
* Managing procurement activities and project reporting
* Client-facing responsibilities including progress meetings and stakeholder management
* Working closely with commercial, design, and site delivery teams
* Overseeing commissioning and project handover processes
What They’re Looking For
* Experience working for an MEP contractor or main contractor delivering building services packages
* Strong mechanical building services knowledge
* Commercial awareness and programme management experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
