Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Lakesway Holiday Park, Levens. Located in one of our stunning holiday parks, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while contributing to a vibrant atmosphere. Your passion for hospitality will help create memorable experiences for visitors.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for looking after our customers within the bar, by taking orders, making, and serving drinks.
* Keeping the bar area and restaurant clean, tidy, and well stocked.
* To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and an excellent public image is maintained.
* Liaising with other team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
* Answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with any requests such as restaurant bookings in a friendly and helpful way.
* Responsible for making of quality beverages, generally specialty hot drinks.
* Responsible for the cleaning and stocking of the coffee machines.
* To provide product and Company information to customers to a high standard of competence.
* Assisting the manager replenishing stock ensuring comply with stock rotation requirements.
* Ensuring that all faults and defects, equipment, tools, buildings, etc., within the remit of the bar and restaurant are reported to your line manager.
* To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required.
* Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons, and visitors, by promoting safe working practices.
Requirements
* Previous experience in bartending or bar staff role is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
* A passion for hospitality and providing great customer experiences.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* The right to work in the UK
