You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager who will lead a portfolio of projects from strategy and client approval through to handover - overseeing design, construction, commissioning and aftercare to meet programme, quality and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
* Lead a portfolio of projects end-to-end, driving performance and delivery against key objectives.
* Put SHEQ at the heart of every project, ensuring standards are never compromised.
* Build, coach and develop a high-performing team to strengthen capability and results.
* Lead clear, proactive stakeholder engagement to drive collaboration and achieve the right outcomes.
* Set commercial and governance strategies, balancing risk, cost and controls for effective delivery.
Qualifications
* APMP Practitioner qualified, or equivalent.
* Strong senior project leadership experience at PM, Lead PM, Senior PM or Project Director level.
* Proven track record delivering major schemes valued at £100m - £175m.
* Experienced in leading teams, managing complex stakeholders, and working within commercial alliances.
* Inspirational, collaborative leader with strong judgement, accountability and a drive for safe, high-performing delivery.
