Role
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the Divisional SHEQ manager and the wider SHEQ / QC Team, and to deliver office based administrative support, in relation to Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality and Quality Control disciplines.
1. To create and maintain reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
2. Assist with preparation of training and induction courses
3. To maintain accurate and up to date training matrices and records for both H & S and technical training.
4. To assist in the allocation and recording of in-house quality control inspections.
5. Be aware of and assist with external ISO audits across all standards.
