About the role
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager ready to lead impactful change? Join our Group IT / Change Delivery team and take charge of delivering projects that shape the future of our business. From initial shaping to successful closure, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality.
We currently have a 12 months FTC and a permanent role
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear critical paths
2. Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies
3. Lead high-performing project teams and secure necessary resources
4. Deliver regular and ad hoc project reports tailored to stakeholders
5. Ensure adherence to governance standards and change control processes
6. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive success
What you’ll bring
Essential:
7. Proven experience managing multiple projects of varying complexity
8. Strong skills in risk, issue, and dependency management
9. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and commercial aspects
10. Clear and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
11. Project Management qualification (., PRINCE2, APM PMQ, AgilePM)
Desirable:
12. Membership in APM or PMI
13. Agile techniques (Scrum)
14. Experience working with third-party vendors and agency resources
