Location: Alexander Stadium, B42 2LR. Working Hours/Pattern: Various hours available to cover early, late and weekend shifts. Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour + excellent benefits.
Here at More Community Leisure Trust, our goal is to encourage active, healthy lifestyles in a safe, warm, clean, friendly and fun environment. Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust. We are recruiting Gymnastics Coaches to join our centre and develop the Gymnastics Programme at Alexander Stadium Leisure Centre through delivery of planned sessions that promote progression along the programme’s pathway.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional and fun Gymnastics programme of sport-specific activity.
* Ensure coaching sessions are planned and developed for all people, including those less able or with specific needs.
* Follow guidelines and ensure the safety and welfare of the gymnasts is always paramount.
* Act as an ambassador for how sessions are delivered and conduct yourself accordingly.
About You / Qualifications
* Level 2 British Gymnastics Coach qualification.
* Experience delivering structured coaching sessions.
* High standards of personal delivery; able to hold participants to standards without infringing on development or enjoyment.
* Enthusiastic, resilient and able to liaise professionally with customers and the coaching team.
* Patient and understanding of the needs of gymnasts and the centre when delivering the programme.
