Driver required with a CE licence and a professional CPC card. (Monday-Friday) The Role Involves delivery of Doors from our base in Derby to various locations within England but mainly to the London/Greater London area. There may be occasions when you would have to travel to our Head Office, in the West of Ireland, especially as holiday cover. The use of Moffett Mounty and electric forklift, to unload pallets of doors - training will be provided if not familiar with this. Carry out daily vehicle checks, adhere to Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation etc. The ideal candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the face of our company in many instances. Must be polite, courteous and have an excellent command of the English language. You will need to have a proven track record of being timely, tidy and thorough in your approach to work. Construction Industry knowledge an advantage. Must have at least 1 years' experience as a Driver. Must be flexible and willing to work as part of a team. This position is Full time and Permanent, Monday to Friday and usually only requested to work a half day on Fridays as work load requires, and in preparation for the following week. You will be the sole driver of a clean, well maintained sleeper cab truck with all facilities to make nights away as comfortable as possible. When delivering in London, you will be based in our Neasden Depot which is very nicely equipped and includes shower and modern kitchen facilities. £16.50 per hour and we will guarantee a minimum of 48 hours per week 28 Days Holidays per year, including Bank Holidays. (A requirement to work weekends or bank holidays, as required, but this is rare) £100 bonus per month, for 100% attendance, no accident, points and teamwork.
