*Your Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Assist with the installation and testing of new hardware and software
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network, software, and hardware issues
* Perform routine maintenance and upgrades
* Administer and support our CRM and dialler system
* Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues
* Log all incident details in the Service Desk and keep them updated, escalating to the second line when necessary
* Ensure all designated ICT systems are operated and maintained to appropriate standards
*Desired Skills & Qualities:*
* Basic Understanding of Outlook, Power Automate and Document creation packages within Microsoft 365
* Confident knowledge of Excel and Data handling.
* Eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude
* Self-starting problem solver who can work under direction, use discretion, and know when to escalate issues
* Strong IT skills and basic knowledge of hardware and software
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
* Ability to work well both in a team and independently
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL is desirable but not essential
