This is a rewarding, fast-paced role where you’ll manage ASB cases end-to-end supporting residents, tackling issues head-on, and helping create safer, stronger neighbourhoods.You’ll take a victim-centred, proactive approach, balancing support and enforcement to resolve issues early and effectively. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.What you’ll be doingManage ASB cases from start to finish, ensuring a victim-focused and proportionate approachInvestigate reports of anti-social behaviour, nuisance, harassment, and hate incidentsBuild strong relationships with residents, keeping them informed, supported, and reassured throughoutDevelop action plans with residents, setting clear expectations and maintaining regular contactGather and record evidence to a legal standard, including witness statementsTake appropriate enforcement action where needed, including warnings, agreements, injunctions, and possession proceedingsIdentify and support vulnerable residents, making safeguarding referrals where requiredWork closely with police, local authorities, and partner agencies to manage risk and improve community safetyRepresent PA Housing at multi-agency meetings such as MARAC and case conferencesMaintain accurate case records and meet performance targets and service standardsContribute to tackling wider issues such as serious ASB, exploitation, and community safety concernsUse insight and feedback to improve services and prevent future issuesWhat we’re looking for:We’d love to hear from you if you:Have at least 2 years’ experience in housing, ASB case management, or a similar roleHave a strong understanding of ASB, safeguarding, and housing legislationAre confident managing complex and sensitive cases involving vulnerable residentsHave excellent communication and mediation skillsCan build strong working relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partnersAre organised and able to manage a busy caseload effectivelyStay calm, resilient, and solution-focused in challenging situationsAre confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate recordsHave a customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for community safetyBring a proactive approach and are always looking for ways to improve outcomesIf specific qualifications are required, please upload them with your application to demonstrate your eligibility.At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability.
