Mechanical Maintenance - Lincoln, NE
$3000.00 Sign-On Bonus!
Starting Pay: $24.00 + Depending on Experience
Shift(s) Available: Day shift = Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Ability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Will Do:
* Work in our Lincoln Facility within the Maintenance Department at the Lincoln Soybean plant.
* Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
* Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
* Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
* Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems.
* Install material systems and perform fabrication.
* Report safety issues and follow GMP and HACCP policies.
* Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
* Participate actively in safety programs to achieve a zero injury culture.
* Follow all safety procedures.
Job Requirements:
* Commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures.
* Regular and prompt attendance.
* 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance or millwright experience, preferably in manufacturing.
* High School Diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
* Willingness to learn through on-the-job and outside training, including trade courses.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to perform tasks safely and follow instructions.
* Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Maintain a professional, positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
* Lift and transport materials up to 50 pounds, occasionally over 55 pounds.
* Traverse up to two miles daily; work in various physical positions.
* Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in different environmental conditions.
* Operate equipment and diagnose machinery issues.
* Follow safety instructions regarding chemicals and hazardous materials.
