Our professional Department of People, Performance and Culture (PPC) have relationships with every area of the University at both a strategic and operational level. PPC covers the areas of operations, reward and benefits, organisational development, systems, and engagement and wellbeing.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Systems Team as a PPC Transactional Services Administrator.
The Systems team sits within the wider Reward and Benefits team within PPC and supports the PPC function in terms of delivering against the University strategic objectives and ensuring that a professional and solutions-driven administrative service is provided. The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent administrative support to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered to all customers. Our successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their administrative experience, have excellent customer service skills, be a good team player whilst being able to organise and prioritise their own workload.
To succeed in our team, you will need to work with minimal supervision and be able to ensure that work meets our high-quality standards. You will be a clear and effective communicator with keen attention to detail, and you will thrive on putting our customers at the heart of everything you do.
As well as working with colleagues in the PPC, you will build relationships and work collaboratively with academic and professional services staff across the wider University community, our students, and candidates who are eager to join us at Lincoln.
