The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and delivering IT projects on time, within scope and budget. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders and ensure that project outcomes meet business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (e.g. application implementations, infrastructure upgrades, integrations). Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed quality standards and governance. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as primary point of contact between IT, business teams and external partners. Facilitate regular project meetings, updates and status reporting. Manage expectations of key stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, including contract and SLA oversight. Governance, Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present regular project status reports (timeline, budget, risks, dependencies). Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (charters, plans, RAID logs, etc.). Ensure adherence to GMPs IT policies, standards and compliance requirements. Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools. Team Leadership & Collaboration Coordinate work of cross-functional project teams (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.). Provide clear direction, assign tasks and track deliverables. Foster a collaborative environment and encourage knowledge sharing across teams. Qualifications & Experience Essential Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role. Hands-on experience delivering IT projects (applications, infrastructure, cloud or integration). Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile or hybrid). Good knowledge of IT concepts (systems, networks, applications, security, cloud). Experience managing budgets, timelines and resources. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Professional certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum). Experience working in a regulated or corporate environment. Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
