To work in the Crawford TPA Specialty Team as a Programme Administrator, delivering programme requirements focussed on the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme and other Specialty programmes, supporting existing client processes, data collation / reporting, decision making, user training, action tasking, progress chasing and documentation creation and review. Used to working with sensitive personal information and understands in-confidence protocols Knowledge of Claims Manager, DFNOL, eClaims and Egress is advantageous Claims management and/or claims processes experience is advantageous Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills Experience in working with other colleagues to achieve collaborative work and development objectives The role holder must support the Crawford TPA Specialty team to achieve their objectives, principally: Report to the Crawford TPA Programme Manager and handle Vaccine Damage claims processes, claim allocations and caseloads under their direction Work to procedure, within SLA, escalation and jeopardy management processes Perform system user acceptance tests (UAT) for claim systems developments Deliver basic/structured work packages for the TPA Specialty team e.g. basic claim reviews Proof reading of medical reports to recommend corrections for typos and grammatical errors Correspond with external clients and suppliers to provide notifications, follow up information and clarifications Chasing and rectifying missing information from associated global teams and their management System data cleanse actions e.g. Claims Manager claim data corrections As client programme requirements evolve, the jobholder will be required to perform other tasks on related Specialty programmes, expected or assigned from time to time, within their span of knowledge and ability High level of attention to detail is essential balanced with the capability to perform actions in a timely manner Ability to summarise and present facts calmly, logically and clearly Organised Willing to question and seek aid when required Accepting of global cultures/working practices Understands the importance of empathy in Specialty Programmes and able to apply this in applicant/patient interactions Has a positive, solution centric outlook and embodies the One Crawford approach Seeks feedback and invests time in their own self-development both technically and behaviourally Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook - essential; PowerPoint - advantageous Able to follow and consult claim procedures, helping to resolve escalations, claim related errors, client queries and procedural issues Can compose concise/accurate correspondence and instructions English grammar skills essential The role holder may also be required to attend meetings in person on occasion e.g. quarterly team meetings in Milton Keynes
