Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00 (No on-call)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: From £27,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering staffing solutions to a wide range of clients, while helping candidates secure rewarding employment. This is a full 360 recruitment position, encompassing both business development and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy briefing to successful placement
Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments and compliance
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Coordinate work schedules and ensure client requirements are met
Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes

Essential Skills & Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, though not essential
