If you are an organised individual ready to take on the role of Junior PA, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our Private Wealth team are seeking a Junior PA to join in our Exeter office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting fee earners and ensuring smooth operations.
The Role
As a Junior PA, you will play a crucial role in the team.
1. Manage diaries and remind fee earners of meetings daily
2. Arrange travel and book internal/external meetings
3. Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
4. Support fee earners with marketing activities and client meetings
5. Monitor emails and post, ensuring important correspondence is handled appropriately
6. Assist with billing, credit control, and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
7. Provide help to other departments as needed
The Candidate
The ideal Junior PA will have the following skills and qualifications.
8. Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
12. Flexible, reliable, and proactive
13. Ability to build trust and confidence with colleagues and clients
