An exciting opportunity has arisen for a remote-based Service Engineer within our Industrial Service Group.
Within our Industrial Service Group, the role will primarily focus on the service requirements of dust collection equipment, with additional responsibilities for our compressed air, process filtration, and other Donaldson filtration equipment.

Description
The successful candidate will be motivated, team-oriented, and eager to develop and progress within their role and potentially within the company long-term.
The primary location for this role is in the East of England, such as Cambridge, Ipswich, or Luton. The role involves daily travel within this region, with occasional travel across the UK/Ireland and to our Head Office in Leicester, including overnight stays as required.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Adhering to strict Health and Safety procedures at all times.
* Supporting service activities within your region, with potential nationwide support to colleagues.
* Arriving at customer sites promptly, professionally, and safely.
* Identifying opportunities for service upgrades, spare parts, and aftermarket care.
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
Your Profile:
You should work well both independently and as part of a team, maintaining professionalism at all times. The ideal candidate is quick to learn, proactive, and attentive to opportunities. A friendly, hardworking attitude with a positive approach would be a great fit for this role.
Key Attributes:
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Responsible attitude with health and safety awareness
* Background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
* Experience with field-based service activities, preferably in filtration, is advantageous.
