The Frasers Property Graduate Program Frasers Property graduate program enables recent graduates to explore the property industry with a well-established and diverse organisation. The program runs for two years, spanning rotations through our core business areas including Industrial, Investment and Capital Transactions, and Development. Each of the placements will carry key learning outcomes and competency requirements with a view to assisting individuals to embed their learning and understanding of the industry as they continue their career with us at the conclusion of the program. We offer a bespoke development program that complements the on-the-job experience that our graduates receive during their program and rotations to enhance their skills and experiences in the early stages of their careers. The successful candidates will have: Completed a degree in either Property Economics, Property, Construction Management, Project Management and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications within the previous 18 months of the start date of the program (studies must be completed by January 2026) A record of academic success A passion for commencing your career in the Property industry Excellent communication skills An enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable attitude and be a team player who is looking to make a meaningful impact through their work Ability to commence a full-time role by the end of January 2026 Applications will need to include: A current Resume and Cover Letter Your most recent transcript (official or unofficial but we will only accept documents issued from your university) Evidence of Australian working rights Applications close 31 August 2025.
