We are now recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Coach Team Lead to play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering our borough-wide Health & Wellbeing Coaching Service. As the Health & Wellbeing Coach Team Lead, you will oversee a service that helps Bexley residents, particularly those with long‑term conditions or Vital 5 risk factors improve their health and wellbeing through personalised coaching. You will provide coordination and operational leadership, ensuring that high-quality coaching is delivered consistently across community settings and partner organisations.
