Your Role at Signature
Youll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
* Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
* Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
* Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
* Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
* Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.

* Current NMC registration (essential).
* Proven leadership in a care or nursing environment.
* Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
