Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with welcoming secondary schools across Cardiff to recruit enthusiastic, reliable individuals for a range of support roles including Support Staff, Cover Supervisors, Sports Mentors, and Classroom Assistants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build experience in education, coaching, youth work, or behaviour support while making a genuine difference in pupils’ lives.

The Role May Include:
* Supporting pupils in class on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Assisting with PE lessons, sports sessions, and after-school clubs
* Helping with behaviour, engagement, and confidence building
* Creating a safe, positive, and motivating learning environment
* Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
Subjects May Include:
English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, Art, DT, Computing, and MFL.

* Adaptable, proactive, and energetic
* Comfortable leading groups or supporting individuals
* Experienced working with children, teenagers, or in team environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
