You'll help maintain and improve the homes of our customers, making sure they are safe, comfortable and up to the highest standards. What you'll do: Deliver works to a high standard in accordance with your training, experience and industry best practice. Ensure all electrical works are carried out using best practice and fully compliant with BS7671 and building regulations. Follow work instructions efficiently and carry out works required as detailed in the instruction. Assist the Contract Manager / Supervisors to ensure the working environment is safe and compliant with Health & Safety policies and legislation. Be available for the out of hours rota. Carry out work as per the Risk Assessments and Method Statements. What we are looking for: Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3) Experience detecting faults in electrical appliances and systems and correctly diagnosing their causes. Experience of installing, repairing and maintaining domestic fixtures and systems. Awareness of legal regulations and safety issues. Strong commitment to health and safety and working to high standards. A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills. Desire to learn, develop and contribute to team improvement.
