Job Description:
Electrical Design Engineer / Electronic Engineer - Our manufacturing client requires an Electronics Design Engineer/Electronics Engineer (Salary range: 45-60K DOE) to join their design team. As an Electronic Design Engineer, you'll create and review PCB and schematic designs. Experience in programming with C, Altium, Python, Assembly, or similar is preferred. Strong graduates are also considered for the Vehicle Design team.
The role involves:
1. Design for manufacture, including hardware assembly and debugging, firmware development, and compliance testing.
2. Prototype development, hardware design verification, and development of hardware design paths.
3. Skilled programming in Embedded C, Altium, Python, Assembly, or hardware design.
4. Developing drivers for technologies such as WiFi, Bluetooth, and Cellular.
5. Running simulations and designing custom PCB solutions.
6. Designing circuitry for various applications.
The person:
* Will have an Electrical/Electronic related degree.
* Will have experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Will have good programming and hardware design skills and aptitude.
* Has an interest in working with the latest electrical and electronic technologies and software.
* Has interest or experience in designing analogue and digital circuitry, antenna design, and solar power circuitry.
