As a Social Worker (Adults), you will be instrumental in assessing, planning, and providing essential support to adults in need within our community. Candidate Responsibilities – Social Worker (Adults)
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' social care needs.
* Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
* Provide advice and advocacy to ensure individuals access appropriate services.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies.
* Maintain accurate and timely case records in compliance with policies.
* Support and empower adults to achieve greater independence.
* Attend multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to care reviews.
* Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed diligently.
* Complete and update documentation regarding DBS checks and compliance.

Candidate Requirements
* Relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work).
* Valid registration with Social Work England.

* Ability to complete detailed assessments and reports.
* Commitment to service users' well-being and safety.
* Valid DBS check, preferably enhanced including barred for both children’s and adults.
