Our school, located in Northwich, is looking for a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant to help students overcome behavioural challenges and succeed in the classroom. If you are calm, patient, and experienced in supporting students with behavioural needs, you’ll play a vital role in helping create a positive, engaging learning environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with challenging behaviours
* Implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers
* Help students develop social and emotional skills to improve their interactions with others
Requirements:
* Experience supporting students with behavioural needs in an educational setting
* Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
* Patience, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
