Marketing & Administrator Coordinator

Our client, a respected construction and development business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the UK, is looking for an Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is an exciting dual-role opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to both the operational efficiency and creative promotion of a thriving construction company.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Coordinate and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Assist in producing marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and newsletters
Update website content with the latest company news and project updates
Support photography and videography coordination for live sites and completed projects
Monitor engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to improve brand visibility
Help organise events, exhibitions, and client presentations
Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain and update internal systems, project documentation, and filing
Support diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure clear and efficient communication
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration, ideally within the construction or property sector
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident and professional communicator
Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
