Our vibrant, exciting client is seeking a Sales Estimator to join their growing business.
You will manage and convert all sales opportunities into orders, with guidance from your line manager and you will help promote activities to potential and existing clients, strengthening relationships and kickstarting continued business growth.
The Sales Estimator duties will include:
• Answer incoming customer calls and create sales opportunities.
• Provide estimates for products - renewals, assessments, site visits, repairs, and upgrades.
• Create quotations and offer technical support to potential and existing clients.
• Manage projects from quote to order and assist other departments in delivering customer excellence.
• Update the CRM system for note taking and report writing.
To be considered for the Sales Estimator role candidates must have intermediate Word and Excel skills and previous CRM exposure. Be organised and methodical with a keen attention to detail and a confident and personable telephone manner.
Previous experience in Estimating or Construction sectors would be helpful but are not essential.
