Role Description
We are looking for someone to join our team to be front of house at our main clinic based in Long Eaton.
This is a receptionist and administrator position, with the responsibility of coordinating client management.
The role is 18 hours per week
Flexible hours but currently afternoons / evenings
required
(Monday to Friday)
Remunerated at £12.50 p/h
Performance related reviews annually.
The role requires the management of day-to-day office operations including, scheduling appointments, maintaining the confidentiality of handling client records, processing billing and insurance claims, and ensuring smooth communication between the team and our clients.
Skills required
* Proficiency in office software
* Strong communication and interpersonal
* Organisational, multitasking and flexibility
* Experience in client case and records management
* Knowledge of billing and insurance processing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
