Join our Operational Team and take ownership of core asset and contract data within our CAFM system, supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Helpdesk operations.
**Job Description**
As Data Coordinator, you'll manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with legal and engineering standards, and help keep our assets running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support asset data processes, including asset loading and contract updates.
- Conduct PPM data gathering and maintain the CAFM system.
- Load data changes into Asset Management systems and maintain API integration mappings.
- Assist with transition activities for data mobilisation, suggesting improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operational and Technical Teams to ensure accurate setup of asset and contract data for PPM.
- Audit work activity, review technicians' comments, and update work plans as required.
- Ensure all asset data complies with legal regulations and building engineering standards.
**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Strong systems skills, including Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other IT systems.
- Previous experience using CAFM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under time constraints.
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused with a flexible approach.
- Able to multitask and work independently without direct supervision.
