About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Marketing Communications Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our business objectives. You will manage a diverse range of projects, including campaign planning, content creation, media relations, and social media management, to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across global markets. Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing communications or related fields
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Degree or CIM qualification (desirable)
* Experience in B2B sectors such as technology, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals (desirable)
* Familiarity with project management and PR tools (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to interpret and communicate technical product information effectively
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement integrated communication campaigns aligned with strategic business goals
* Create compelling content that resonates with targeted audiences, ensuring consistency with brand tone and messaging
* Manage and produce briefing documents to facilitate smooth project execution
* Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on public relations, corporate communications, and event marketing initiatives
* Maintain and update external press and media kits to ensure relevance and accuracy
* Plan, promote, and execute event-based marketing campaigns to maximize audience engagement
* Manage social media platforms, delivering campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads
* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on insights
* Support cross-functional marketing projects, including product launches and new initiatives
* Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders
