We are currently looking for a Senior Client Insight Analyst to join our Insight Team and are keen to hear from experienced data and insight specialists looking to further their career. As a Senior Client Insight Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind understanding our clients-and helping us anticipate their needs. By providing meaningful insights on our clients, you will be central to improving client experience and helping key stakeholders make critical commercial and strategic decisions.

We are looking for someone with a mix of analytical skills, great commercial focus, some knowledge of the industry and the gravitas to transform their insights into action.
This is a varied role where no two days will feel the same and is an incredible opportunity for someone with the right skills to help drive the future growth of Hargreaves Lansdown.
What you'll be doing
Supporting stakeholders across our Client and Product teams with insight on our clients and the translating of this in to actions and recommendations
Proactively identify trends and opportunities within our data and translate them into improved commercial performance or client experience
Depending on priorities, analysts can be seconded on to a variety of project teams that may have specific deliverables (e.g. the launch of a new client facing feature) and our analysts would be partnered to these projects end-to-end to provide analytical support
Reporting and Dashboard building, ranging from quick tactical reports to monitor particular client activity (e.g. monitoring client behaviour in the run up to a government budget) up to providing assistance to the wider Data Engineering team re-designing a critical business wide report or re-defining business metrics
