Job Description:
I have a FANTASTIC opportunity for a qualified Children's Support Worker to join a STUNNING residential children's home in Bridgend as a Senior Children's Support Worker. You'll be supporting young people aged 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, committed, and motivated individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a safe and caring environment.
* Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker
* Location: Bridgend
* Contract: Full-time - Permanent
* Shift pattern: 2 on 4 off
Note: Due to the nature of the job, applicants must have a full driver's license.

Requirements:
* Experience as a Children's Support Worker or with Young People is ESSENTIAL
* Experience in healthcare or social care settings is ESSENTIAL
