Offer description

Key Areas: Create picking sheets daily for all Customer orders Organise and Book transport daily for all customers Download Customer orders from M3 Infor and send to Production/Planning Track and De-hire any equipment used, E.g. pallets and crates daily Book and transfer any inbound and outbound stock on the M3 Infor system accurately Create load plans that provide information to our off-site cold store of stock to be delivered Confirm customer orders on the M3 Infor system, and process any shortages accurately E-Mail delivery notes to Customers & Carriers Create Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) for customers Data input onto excel spreadsheets on a daily basis Track all Customer shortages on excel spreadsheets daily Track and input all HOG intake data onto excel spreadsheet daily When needed, Liaise with the Planning to team to support and request any Raw Material to be brought onto site (HOG) Work closely with the planning team on any changes to customer orders, stock shortages and out of life stock Work with the Technical/Quality teams to assist in any traceability audits Answer any e-mails promptly Liaise with Carriers to provide them with any loading issues E.g. Delays Track and clear any outstanding PO’s that have not been booked in on M3 Infor Support the claims team by providing information upon request Create and confirm orders on M3 Infor, for all Byproduct customers Save all delivery notes and documentation that may be needed for audit purposes Provide any information promptly to the Management team upon request Create and send out Daily reports Create and send out Monthly reports Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast paced environment Good accuracy and attention to detail, quickly identifying errors and analyzing data Good time management, able to multi task and prioritize diary effectively A positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work efficiently and effectively in fast paced environment Good accuracy and attention to detail, quickly identifying errors and analyzing data Good time management, able to multi task and prioritize diary effectively A positive attitude and willingness to learn Please note, we retain the right to close this vacancy or keep it open subject to the volume and quality of applications.
