EdEx - Education Recruitment, are exclusively working with one of London's leading 'All Through' schools in Tower Hamlets, to recruit the next group of exceptional graduates to join their school as Unqualified Learning Support Assistants supporting students with additional needs (SEN). This role if full time starting SEPTEMBER 2025!
We have worked with this Tower Hamlets-based school for the last 4 academic years, in which we have placed over 20 graduates who have now gone on to complete their teacher training with the school or trained as Psychologists, Counsellors, Mental Health Practitioners or have gone onto Assistant Psychologist roles with the NHS.
You will have the chance to learn from the best staff in London, shadowing them and learning your craft, whilst being supported and pushed to be your very best.
You will support a wide range of pupils with additional needs (SEN) including; Autism (ASD), Global Developmental Delay, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Speech and Language needs and other Neuro Developmental Disorders.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Unqualified Learning Support Assistant
Supporting students in a 1-2-1 and group setting, inside and outside of the classroom delivering specialist SEN Interventions to students with SEN
SEPTEMBER 2025 Starts - Full time - Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Daily rates between £105 - £110 per day
Located in the Borough of Tower HamletsPERSON SPECIFICATION
Must have a 1st class or 2:1 degree from a reputable University
Strong A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
You must be able to engage and motivate the students
Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
