The role This role sits in our People and Organisational Development team and supports our Learning and Development Manager with the provision of a wide range of online and face-to-face learning and development opportunities for our staff members. As the first point of contact for all general learning and development enquires, this role is responsible for organising a range of learning and development programmes and events as well as providing a comprehensive learning and development administrative and digital service. Additional priorities include curating, developing and maintaining digital learning and development content using our Learning Management System (LMS). About you You will have experience of digital learning and be proficient in working with Learning Management Systems with the ability to curate and create digital content. This is a customer facing role and you will possess the ability to build and maintain professional relationships quickly, inspiring confidence and gaining the trust and respect of a wide range of people. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will approach your work with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring you prioritise and plan your work to meet a variety of deadlines. However, in line with our hybrid working practice, full-time staff members may choose to work up to three days per week from home. However, to support Breast Cancer Now’s commitment to a meaningful and positive induction process, staff members will be asked to consider coming into the office more frequently each week with their manager, during their initial period of employment.
