An exciting opportunity is available for an Analytics Business Partner to support commercial and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights in a leading pharmaceutical environment.
Location: Castleford
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 + Benefits (including private healthcare, company car/allowance, and bonus scheme)
What you’ll do:
* Partner with business leaders to define key analytics projects.
* Develop robust data visualization solutions (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
* Drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
* Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver scalable insights.
* Lead the rollout of modern data platforms and promote analytics best practices.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Strong background in business analytics, BI, or data science.
* Proven experience in commercial analytics (pharma or healthcare is a plus).
* Hands-on expertise with data tools (Power BI, SQL, data warehousing).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
