We are currently looking for an experienced Complex Night Carer to join our team and support a young adult. You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complex care. What You’ll Be Doing: * Understanding and managing Scoliosis * Assisting with night routine * Working alongside an experienced, committed team * Providing consistency, compassion, and calm under pressure Requirements: * Proven experience in complex care. * Suctioning and Nebuliser expertise is essential * Experience with PEG * Experience with Cough assist * Self-employed with up-to-date insurance and DBS * Reliable, team-focused, and physically and emotionally resilient * Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure * Training Certificates What You’ll Get: * £20 per hour weekdays & £30 per hour weekends * 10 hour night shifts * A role where your skills are respected and your work is appreciated * Supportive colleagues who work hard and have each other’s backs * A long-term opportunity with a private client who values stability and quality care Apply now to be part of a team that delivers care the right way with skill, strength, and heart.
