What You’ll Be Doing
* Inspecting completed repairs to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications and Steer Automotive Group’s quality standards
* Identifying and reporting any issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken before the vehicle is released
* Working closely with workshop teams to maintain high-quality outputs and efficient workflows
* Ensuring all vehicles are presented in a clean, safe, and customer-ready condition
* Supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the site
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a quality control, technician, or similar role within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
* Strong technical knowledge of repair methods, paint finishes, and industry standards
* Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspections
* The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multiple teams
* A commitment to integrity, accuracy, and delivering work of the highest standard
