Your role will involve: Role Responsibilities Processing payments and invoices, including data entry into finance software Logging and posting invoices with accurate coding Communicating with suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment queries Handling internal and external queries via phone and email Preparing and processing payments in line with internal approval procedures Managing employee credit card expense claims Maintaining and updating financial records and databases Assisting with ad‑hoc financial projects as required Reporting Structure You will work as part of the finance team, reporting to senior members of the transactional finance function and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
