Gen Personnel is recruiting talented Chefs of all levels, from Chef de Partie to Senior Chefs to join our teams across schools, care homes, and hospital kitchens .

What Youll Be Doing:
Prepare and cook meals that meet dietary, nutritional, and allergen requirements
Work collaboratively within kitchen teams to deliver excellent food service
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff (for senior roles)
Adapt to different kitchen environments and service styles
Help manage stock and kitchen equipment
What Youll Need:
Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child or Adult Workforce) must be current
Relevant culinary experience from 1 year for junior roles to 3+ years for senior positions
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or equivalent)
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Right to Work in the UK
Two recent work references
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
