Role Responsibilities Planning your diary to visit apprentices and employers on site across the West Midlands area.
Assessing the work being completed by the apprentices and tracking this through E-software's.
Being able to manage a caseload of 40-50 apprentices once settled.
Confident in offering support to the apprentices for any 1:1 training you may be offering.
Adhere to the FE standards and regulations in order to achieve best possible pass rates from learners.
Essential Requirements A minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive industry experience in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing engineering.
An Assessing qualification (A1, D32,D33,D34, CAVA, TAQA).
Strong communication and organisational skills Presentable attitude to customer facing positions.
