Responsibilities
* Lead client meetings and onboarding sessions
* Collaborate directly with the CEO to grow and manage the client portfolio
* Deliver tailored, holistic financial advice to HNW and UHNW individuals
* Conduct comprehensive fact-finding and financial needs analysis
* Develop bespoke plans covering pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
* Contribute to marketing, networking, and business development efforts
Requirements
* Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
* Working towards or already holding Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6)
* Experience advising HNW clients within wealth management or IFA environments
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
* Comfortable in both collaborative and independent work settings
* Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning tools preferred
