New Opportunity – Service Administrator – Caterham
We're looking for a Service Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our operational teams, ensuring smooth service delivery to clients nationwide. You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Salary: £27,000 - £29,500 DOE
Location: Caterham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

About the Role
In this fast-paced role, your key responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling and coordinating engineer site visits, managing diaries, and client communications.
• Processing completed jobs in Simpro, maintaining accurate records, and supporting document preparation and reporting.
• Reviewing lab reports, matching results to jobs, and preparing low-value quotations.
• Collaborating with engineers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve queries.
• Ensuring all administrative tasks meet quality standards, compliance, and internal processes.
About You
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a service-focused or technical environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working with databases and business management systems (experience with Simpro is desirable but not essential).
