This IFA Administrator job in Sutton Coldfield provides opportunity to join a small, close knit team. You will be joining a team of 2 Financial Advisers and 2 Support Staff who work closely together to provide their clients with holistic financial planning. As an IFA Administrator, your duties will include: Accurately maintain and updating their CRM system (Intelligent Office) for new and existing clients Undertake efficient and accurate submission of new business cases and following them through to completion Competently undertaking withdrawals, deposits / top ups and fund switches as requested Issuing letters of authority and liaising with providers to ensure business is promptly actioned Handle client queries by phone and email to excellent standard Arrange client meetings Assist with meeting preparation such as updating cash flow models, preparing review packs and valuation reports You should liaise regularly with your Financial Advisers and other support staff to ensure cases and tasks are completed timely. Therefore, you should be able to manage your workload effectively. IFA Administrator Requirements You should have 2 years experience of supporting Financial Advisers as an Administrator or similar You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Individuals with experience of using any of the following software would be beneficial: Intelligent Office, Cashcalc, Iress Exchange, FE Analytics The Company This local independent financial planning firm enjoy working with their clients to create financial planning solutions to suit their individual needs.
