Registered Manager Children's Residential Home
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £44,660 per annum + £400 monthly car allowance + great benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent | Monday to Friday with approx. 46 on-call duties per month

P4 is working with a client seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a nurturing, child-focused residential home for two young people aged 6-18 with complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking organization that values strong leadership in transforming children's lives.
You will be fully supported by dedicated teams in HR, finance, referrals, training, and therapy, allowing you to focus on creating a safe, therapeutic, and inspiring home for the children in your care.
About the Role
* Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and all statutory regulations.
* Support children who have experienced early trauma, neglect, and emotional or behavioral difficulties.
* Inspire and manage a passionate team to deliver high-quality, consistent care.
* Create a homely, structured environment where every child is supported to thrive.
* Guide the home through successful inspections and continual improvement.
What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Registered Manager in an EBD (emotional & behavioral difficulties) setting.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* A calm, confident, and resilient approach to managing complex situations and behaviors.
* Proven ability to develop teams, lead inspections, and achieve strong outcomes for young people.
* A full UK driving license and a genuine commitment to safeguarding.
